General Electrics - Imagination at Work

For the longest time ever, our family once again after many many years managed a holiday together, all 4 of us, one family in the fashion city, 4 star hotel, Florence, Italy...
... all thanks to General Electrics Italy :)
It's amazing how abang treated us like Kings and Queens when we went over to visit him in Florence where he is currently undergoing his training with General Electrics Italy, an engineering company, one of the biggest, internationally. We stayed in a 4 star hotel, had italian dinners, bought what we wanted, all settled, all paid for and all sponsored by GE. Our GE sponsored Italy family trip, was the bomb and the best! :)
To begin with, it's amazing how abang got selected to go for the training that is actually suited for the management level staffs. He made it there, all on his own, and neither papa nor mama ever thought he'd make it there at a very young age. All the others selected were all over the age of 30 and from Malaysia, he was one of the other 3, being the only one from MISC Malaysia whilst the other 2, Nazri and Vin Kee sent by Petronas.
He never wanted to study abroad, (He did not want mama and daddy to pay for his education abroad after his college days) but has proven well that even local grads can make it well and perfect in life. At 24, he has been sent everywhere around the word for internships and trainings and he's only a humble grad from Universiti Malaya. Abang is amazing and I have always wanted to be like him. A living example for me, my idol and my motivation :) He truly is a perfect abang in my eyes and at this age, the one who is also already able to pay for all my expenses and flight tickets to go and join him for trips. I owe him and I will make it back to him, and that is something I want to do. All that, of course not forgetting Mama and daddy, never. They're the best pair who has made me, and brought me to where I am today and I am thankful. Always and forever.
Things worked out so well and fall into place perfectly for abang but nothing came easy for him and not without Mama and daddy's constant support. However, abang being abang, all he did was pushed himself to go through all those obstacles one by one, being who he is and  knowing what he wants and of course, he never fails to work hard towards his goals. Guys always have a better gauge at planning their future...at least I always think so.
My goal now is to graduate and make it in life like all three of them. They are successful and I am proud, yes I am and I want to be like each one of them. I'm the last in the family and I hope I am able to join them in the category that I have classed them in my head.
To be successful like Daddy, Mama and Abang.
My motivation and inspiration and my long life support. They're the amazing three that are far from me but the closest IN me :)
and abang, I will always want to be like you and I'm proud of you abangku, always and forever will, thank you for the greatest hospitality in Italy! and General Electrics Italy too :)
Abang,  you are an amazing idol :)
To those engineers out there, General Electrics really really does take care of their employees! Go for it!

To Shura. For Shura. With Love. On your 21st

London Mari, Melbourne Hari Hari :)
Melbourne : 0000 hours
London : 1300 hours
A picture speaks a thousand words, hence a few pictures would create a story line...

This amazing girl is a star,
She's brilliant, intelligent and most of all the perfect best friend I could ever ask for
And on this special day, her 21st, I just want to say, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Shura!
You've been an amazing soul and I know there's just not enough words that can describe how much I appreciate you in every way, so I won't even try. I know you know that I love you more than you love me, forever! :)

Though it's been only 4 years, it's been one, filled with just the best most cherished times
This year, you made it more special for me sayang, and we managed to achieve what we worked for since April baby! MY TRIP TO MELBOURNE in August :)

That 8 days with you, every hour, every minute, and just every single moment was priceless, precious most sought for time of my life...It's amazing how mama and daddy would agree to you and they agreed just immediately to get me that Melbourne ticket before my exams just so that I will be motivated to study and hell yeah! The grades did shoot up and Mama and Daddy never regretted betting on the deal.
That's how much Mama and Daddy trust you, just as much as their own children

and on that very last day...I guess, like Zamir puts it...it was an "unexplainable feeling" that left us quiet (and left Zam worried to death too!) at the airport...I never thought that letting you go was going to be difficult EVERYTIME. I never got used to it, even after many practices.
I miss you even when I see Zariq in PwC.

and to think that my Australian Visa was approved just hours before my flight...Clearly, I was meant to be with you in Australia! :)

Happy 21st Yang and have a great birthday bash back home k, I'll be there, in spirits I love you Shura Shukor!

This little picture should currently, at this moment of this time, based on all datas and surveys available using all least squares formulas that exist, be on the MH 004 flight from London to...YOU!...and this assumption holds if and only if the condition of the weather is good, those natural environment :)

To end it all... a list of pictures like I said, would probably make up a story :)
